What would YOU like to see? (Elizabeth)

It's feedback time!

What kinds of posts are your very favorite? Second favorite? Third? Fourth? Fifth?

Favorite posts

What are some of your favorite individuals posts on the Lands Uncharted blog?

Fun collage of pictures

If you could add just one more category that we don't already have, what would it be?

Do you guys have any feedback for us? Anything we could improve on? Anything you'd like to see more of?

A huge thanks to all of our readers! We really appreciate your support and participation :)

  1. Awesome idea, Liz! I can't wait to see what kind of feedback we get :)

  2. Personal Notes and On Writing are tied for my favorite category. I really enjoy learning more about you guys, and of course learning new things (or just getting reminders) about how to write well. Top 3 is a close second, then Your Turn, and then the book reviews. I like the variety, though. You do a great job with everything. I honestly can't think of a category I would ask you to add... I might like to see more Personal Notes posts, though.

  3. I like the Top 3's and Your Turn the most, followed by What We're Reading.

Some of my favorite posts were:
    - voting for our favorite 2016 fantasy book cover
    - voting for the best movie of 2015
    - top 3 mythical creatures
    - top 3 villains (any of the posts on that)

I love reading each person's individual take on things like Top 3 Villains, but I also wish I could read them all at once, then see a new topic the following week. As a reader, I feel like there's not as much for me to comment on during subsequent rounds, even when there are some excellent new villains (or whatever) mentioned who weren't previously discussed.

    1. The top 3 posts are a ton of fun :) Thank you for commenting, Melinda! That's true. It would be hard to find something else to comment on... I'll ask the other girls about it and see if there's anyway we could change that. And do you think all five of us should do a top 3 post? Or is two people plenty? Or three? :)

    2. I would think whoever is interested in that particular topic could post, whether that's two people or five. That way it's not an extra commitment for those who are short on time. But that's totally up to you guys. :)

    3. Great :) Thank you for the suggestion! It's been really helpful. Right now, we're trying to figure out a way to use this, and we've come up with some great ideas so far!

  5. I really like all of the types of posts. I think they are all fun because you get to: learn about literature, respond to questions asked by the authors, and learn about the authors. I think it's great you have a feedback post, so you can learn what your readers would like to see.

I think you are doing a great job so far!
