I can’t get myself into electronics and what feels to me like a loss of the personal touch. Great point about the character of each book, too. In a book, you can totally immerse yourself in the book itself, along with the story. In an electronic, it feels like there's a glass screen in between you and the story. Also, each book has character. I think if I absolutely had to pick I would have to go with book, because I like seeing how far I am and getting to touch the beautiful covers, but I agree with Erin's points about the practicality of e-readers. I have also benefited from being able to download the next book in a series almost instantaneously rather than having to wait to get a holdLaurie Luckinghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00456113371420700748noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3633977426784875178.post-47672408065480809402016-05-19T12:39:18.392-05:002016-05-19T12:39:18.392-05:00I love my Kindle, I have to say. My first book on Kindle was the first Hunger Games. The second quickly followed, but is a terrible cliff-hanger! I was able to download and start the third book only minutes after finishing the second book! And like Brenna said, it is much easier to navigate books than nooks, kindles, or other electronic devices. Besides, I love being able to decorate my room with shelves and stacks of my favorite books. :)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05365424832775174981noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3633977426784875178.post-85766243271375379002016-05-19T09:38:15.739-05:002016-05-19T09:38:15.739-05:00Book for sure. Of course, that may just be because I'm an old fashioned girl in almost all areas, but still... there is just something special about having a real book. I love that I can flip to my favorite spot, read it, and put the book back on the shelf. I love the feeling of watching the pages left until the Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
